WV DOH I-79 WESTOVER RAMP CLOSURES

Morgantown, WV- The WV Division of Highways has announced that Exit 152 Westover northbound and southbound ramps will be closed from 6:00 PM until 6:00 AM beginning May 8th for milling, paving and shoulder work. The work is expected to last until Friday May 31. 

It is unknown how this work will be scheduled and which ramps will be closed when. We ask that our riders stay tuned for notices which will be posted on our website and social media accounts. When necessary the route deviations will be as follows:

Rt 6 Gold Line & Rt 51 Wadestown - During the I-79 northbound entrance and southbound exit closure Rt 6 Gold Line and Rt 51 Wadestown will travel Martin Hollow Rd. 

Rt 29 Grey Line - During the I-79 northbound and southbound entrance closures Rt 29 Grey Line will travel Martin Hollow Rd to I-79 to the University Town Center exit. 

The closures will cause delays in pick up and drop off times however the entirety of the routes will still be serviced. Riders are encouraged to download the Bus Finder mobile app to track their bus. When deviations will need to be executed notices will be posted on Facebook @MountainLineTransitAuthority and X (formerly known as Twitter) @MountainLine.
