The county pilot program provided bridge funding for 501c3 Social Service Agency's to order passes.  This pilot program was funded by Monongalia County Commission.  This funding was set aside for social service agencies who do not already have funding for transportation through other means.  The Social Service agencies were able to order single ride, or 15 ride passes and the value was deducted from the stored funds.  Agencies provided pass use data for program analysis.  Agencies ordered passes by filling out an online form.  Pass use data was also collected.  Details on the stats and outcome of the project can be found here.
