 The Social Service Pilot Program concludes June 30, 2026. 

We thank you for your participation in the program and thank the County Commission for providing the funding that made the program possible.

Through this program we were able to continue support for your clients while eliminating the unnecessary trips on Rt 50 Don Knotts.  This program allowed us to narrow down the cost of transportation for your clients and were able to help them onboard to some of our other programs available.  We eliminated the free ridership contract that was cresting $65,000 per year and growing and we targeted the actual costs down to around $25,000 per year.
