PROPOSED CHANGES TO Route 29 grey line

 Morgantown, WV- Mountain Line Transit Authority is proposing changes to Route 29 Grey Line   which will provide 3 daily trips between Morgantown and Pittsburgh 7 days a week beginning July 1, 2023.


Proposed changes to the Grey Line schedule also include the elimination of service to Towers and the Mountainlair. Morgantown stops will include Pifer Terminal in Westover and Mountaineer Station.  At this time Mountain Line is asking for feedback on the elimination of service to stops at the Mountainlair and Towers.


The public is encouraged to provide feedback on these changes online at busride.org or at one of the two following Public Hearings (in person or via zoom):

After evaluating 56 drivers in 10 performance categories, the Authority is pleased to recognize Ron McCourt as Driver of the Month for March 2026. We also wish to recognize Tom Jones, Shawn Deval, Daniel Shorter and Andrew Kapper. All of these employees are being recognized for their demonstrated driving skills, safety, public relations, assistance to fellow drivers and maintaining route schedules in the course of their daily performance.
