SMI Ending Bus Pass Program Effective Dec 31
Morgantown, WV – Mountain Line Transit Authority wants to remind pass holders using Senior Monongalians Passes (SMI Passes) that these passes will expire on December 31. We are encouraging all current SMI Pass users to register for a Property Tax Pass to determine their eligibility to continue using pre-paid bus transportation services. Not all SMI Pass Holders will qualify. Information on the Tax Pass Program can be found here.
Mountain Line wants to thank the Senior Monongalians for their financial support over the past 10+ years through their SMI Pass Program funding. More than 1,000 seniors were registered through the SMI Pass Program since its inception in 2010. SMI decided to terminate the program this fall with the effective end date of December 31, 2020.
