Mountain Line to Lower Flag in Honor of Driver
Mountain Line Transit authority is deeply saddened to announce the passing of Bus Driver Bill DeBiase, who passed away on December 9, 2024.
In his memory, the Transit Authority will lower its Mountain Line Flag until sunset Friday December 13, 2024.
Bill was a dedicated and friendly face of Mountain Line, serving the community with pride and professionalism. He joined Mountain Line in November 2018 and quickly excelled in his role as bus Driver. Bill later advanced to the position of Shift Supervisor. After retiring from full-time service in May 2021, Bill returned in a
part-time capacity, continuing to serve the community with the same passion and commitment.
Bill’s contributions to the team were immeasurable, and he will be remembered as a wonderful colleague and an outstanding representative of Mountain Line Transit Authority.
