MOUNTAIN LINE HONORS TOP EMPLOYEES
Morgantown, WV-
The Mountain Line Transit Authority awarded its top employees this week at the Authority’s Board Meeting.
Shara Bieniek was named Outstanding Transit Employee of the Year for her dedicated service and commitment to the residents and visitors who depend on Mountain Line. Shara was instrumental in keeping our customer service efforts on-track during our move to Westover.
Justin Adams was named Maintenance Employee of the Year for his exemplary commitment to keeping Mountain Line buses running at their best and for being innovative in doing so. Justin has been a tremendous help keeping our fleet on the road while we wait for the arrival of new buses this fall.
Anne Cramer was named Outstanding Driver of the Year for her dedicated service and exceptional attendance record. Anne had the highest, average performance evaluation score for all of 2018.
Our nominees will be competing against all of the other transit agencies in West Virginia for first place in the West Virginia Excellence Awards that will be announced at a conference at the Stonewall Resort in late July.

After evaluating 56 drivers in 10 performance categories, the Authority is pleased to recognize Ron McCourt as Driver of the Month for March 2026. We also wish to recognize Tom Jones, Shawn Deval, Daniel Shorter and Andrew Kapper. All of these employees are being recognized for their demonstrated driving skills, safety, public relations, assistance to fellow drivers and maintaining route schedules in the course of their daily performance.
