EVANSDALE ROAD CLOSURE

Morgantown, WV - Evansdale will be closed for construction beginning Monday December 15, 2014 from 6:00 AM until 6:00 PM. During this closure the Blue and Gold and Orange Line will be unable to travel the full length of Evansdale. The route deviations are as follows:

            Blue & Gold (#ML38bg) will travel Beechurst to the Engineering Loop out Fine Arts Drive to Patteson to University Ave to Towers and will continue its usual route to University and down to Life Sciences. After 6:00 PM this route will revert back to regular route.

            Orange Line (#ML04orange) will travel to Towers as usual, then will return to Patteson and will turn onto Fine Arts Drive to the Engineering Loop to Monongahela Blvd/Beechurst.

            This detour will continue until Friday December 19, 2014, with the possibility of continuing into Saturday December 20, 2014.

After evaluating 56 drivers in 10 performance categories, the Authority is pleased to recognize Ron McCourt as Driver of the Month for March 2026. We also wish to recognize Tom Jones, Shawn Deval, Daniel Shorter and Andrew Kapper. All of these employees are being recognized for their demonstrated driving skills, safety, public relations, assistance to fellow drivers and maintaining route schedules in the course of their daily performance.
