Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Proposed Goal for the three years ending September 30, 2024.

Pursuant to the DOT DBE Regulations (49 CFR Part 26), the Monongalia County Urban Mass Transit Authority (Mountain Line) hereby proposes that its DBE goal for the three years ending September 30, 2024 will be 0%. The proposed goal and its rationale are available for inspection during normal business hours (8am-5pm, Monday thru Friday) at the Mountain Line Administrative Office and Maintenance facility, 420 DuPont Road, Morgantown, WV, for 30 days upon publication of this notice. Comments on the DBE goal will be accepted at the address shown below for 45 days from the date of this notice.
