Morgantown, WV- In honor of Transportation Week at WVU, Mountain Line challenged WVU to ride. The contest ran Monday September 14th through Wednesday the 16th. The top four WVU students, faculty or staff with the highest ridership during that period of time won Mountie Bounty Cash. The winners of the contest were: 1st Place Joseph Arnold with 27 rides will receive $50 in Mountie Bounty Money; 2nd Place Keith Esque, with 13 rides will receive $25 in Mountie Bounty Money; tied for 3rd Place Howard Shaffer and Yousef Alajlan with 12 rides will both receive $15 in Mountie Bounty Money; and tied for 4th Place Ryan Butcher, Barbara Hardman and Stanley Shaw with 11 rides will all receive $10 in Mountie Bounty Money.
Winners have been asked to join us at the Student Government Association Meeting on Wednesday September 23 at 7:30 PM in the Rhododendron Room in the Mountain Lair to receive their awards.
