1,167,284 MOUNTAIN LINE RIDES IN LAST 12 MONTHS
Morgantown, WV-Mountain Line Transit is pleased to announce a record high ridership for the last twelve months (July 2008 to June 2009). 1,167,284 rides were taken this past year, more than in any other 12-month period in the Authority’s 13 year history. Ridership has increased 453% since the Authority was created in 1996.
Mountain Line offered more than 67,748 hours of bus service in the last 12 months, including its Intercity Grey Line Service offering daily trips to Clarksburg, Fairmont , Waynesburg and Pittsburgh International Airport and Pittsburg Greyhound.
